New Feature - Football Manager Live Website
Written by Unknown on 20:57I am almost wetting myself in anticipation of the forthcoming web interface for Football Manager Live. No online multi-player game is complete without a lovely web interface. For those times when you don't have a minute to load the game up, or just to escape the grind of your job, there is nothing better.
Currently I use a program called logmein to access my home PC to check up on FML. Its the only way I can start new skills off regularly. With the advent of a web interface for the game this might become a thing of the past.
In Marc Duffy's recent Q&A he hinted at this forthcoming feature. Hopefully we can get the ability to do all the team administration from the comfort of our web browser. Quite clearly we aren't going to be able to play matches, but if there are plenty of other features it will add a real extra dimension to the FML experience. The only down-side I can see is that it may not be in real-time, although I'm sure updating will occur very quickly.
Early on in beta testing this was something I had suggested should be developed. Of course, I'm not trying to take credit for the whole idea, but it certainly illustrates that if you have a good idea you should post it on the beta testing forums. You never know it might one day be in the game.
